That might not be the best title for a post that has my picture immediately underneath. Oh well. Ignore my nasty lookingness. It is 10:30 PM and I have been running around cleaning house for the past 2 hours. But please note my new toy. My dear husband gave me this little teeny tiny
ipod for mothers day (how did you know honey?)(I talk to him like his is actually going to be reading this). Anyway, I finally took some time out this afternoon to figure out how to put songs on it. I was so excited to use it I put the girls in bed (Steve & Zac were at the
Blaze game) and cleaned my kitchen whilst rockin' out to the likes of
"Dude Looks Like A Lady".

Good Morning! Don't you love having an ipod? I rock out to mine and am sure I look like and idiot, but I don't care.
That is the cutest thing I've ever seen!
I do love it. I could clean the house and go from room to room and upstairs and down and not miss a beat of the music. And I could have it up loud and not worry about waking up the girls. I did close my blinds so the neighbors couldn't see. Welcome to the 21st century Allyson! Do you know that the song "Dude Looks Like A Lady" is 20 years old???
Hey Coren, we posted at the same time! It is sooooo cute.
Wait a minute, were you talking about me or the ipod????
oh, both!
that is a cute ipod, I love mine too. What a thoughtful Mother's day gift!
How cute. How many songs does it hold? and good job steve!
it holds 240. I tore the ad out of a mag. and put it on his desk and wrote on it "Mothers Day May 13th". He came to me a few days later and said he finally figured out what it meant. He kept looking at it and thinking, "is she really getting her mom an ipod for mother's day?" Then after a few days of pondering he realized that that is what I wanted for mothers day. Sorry to beat around the bush honey. I will try to be more forthcoming in the future. Again, I talk to him as if he will be reading this....
Oh and thanks Coren!
That is funny that he didn't get it. Next time you need to put, "this is what Allyson wants for Mother's Day on May 13th. You can buy it at x for x amount of money." Or maybe just buy it for yourself wrap it and put it on his desk.
