Mother's Day 2013 turned out to be a rather fabulous day. It started off with my children making me a lovely breakfast and showering me with an array of wonderful gifts. We went to church in the morning. After church we had an impromptu secret society meeting where we made all sorts of fabulous plans.
During our meeting, Steve had a whole gaggle of kids at our house.
That afternoon my mom and sister Lauren came over.
While Steve and Zac made dinner we watched home movies from our trip to Dallas for my brother's wedding in 2010.
Steve and Zac made a most fabulous dinner.
Steve surprised my mom and me with some beautiful roses.
That evening I made my family go for a walk with me on one of our favorite trails.
My Hobbit son who refuses to wear shoes. And look! He found a tree to live in.

It was a fabulous ending to a fabulous day!
