Ever since my sister Farrah put pictures of the ice cream cookie sandwiches she made on her blog, I have been CRAVING them. So last night for Family Home Evening Emily made these yummy ice cream cookies. We changed them up a bit so we could use the ingredients we had on hand. They were soooooo good.
