I remember this day so well. Maybe not this day, but the night before, I have a fond recollection of. My Aunt Vicki was getting married. Her wedding was going to be at my grandma's house. She had this little convertible car that I used to love riding around in. The night before the wedding she, my mom and I, and I think my sister Farrah came too, we loaded up in that little convertible with the top down and drove down all the alley's in our neighborhood. People had plants and flowers that grew up over their fences and hung over into the alley. We cut flowers that were hanging over into the alley and filled the entire car up with them. I remember they smelled so good. That is what we used to decorate for the wedding the next day. I remember when we were driving we were singing some song I liked, I think it was a song from a car commercial, but I can't remember. It looks like we took a picture of all the girls at the wedding. This is my dad's side of the family, so these are his sisters and his mom and my cousins.

Wow, it is obvious what side of the family you took after. You look a lot like your aunts. They are very beautiful. Isn't it interesting to see how everyone dressed. I love looking at older photos.
Also, you will have to tell us about the book your reading. I only saw the movie and it made me.. (well I better not say just in case you don't know how it ends).
Love this picture and I have that same memory although it is not as vivid for me because I was pretty young.
I have only read about 1/2 of the book, I know how it ends, I think the book is interesting. It is our book club book for the month. We picked it last year before the movie came out. I haven't seen it. I think the guy is crazy, but you gotta love someone who follows their dream? It's kind of like the whole Mt. Everest thing. I have no idea why someone would even find that slightly appealing.
