OK! I have NOT put up my Christmas tree! The picture I put on my Monday Morning Musings last week is very old. Aubrey is like 2 in the picture. The kids begged me again yesterday to let them put it up. I told them we will do it next Sunday.
I came up with a fabulous way to get my girls to clean their room. I swept everything into little piles and said in 5 minutes everything that is still in this pile is going into the trash. We moved from pile to pile that way. Their room has never been cleaner than it is now. And I got to throw a bunch of stuff away too.
Are accents genetic? I think they are because Emily has a definite Texas twang and Zac and Aubrey have St. Louis accents.
It was really foggy this morning. Aubrey looked out the window and said, "It's so DUSTY outside".
I finally took down my Halloween decorations on Saturday, it being 10 days after Halloween and all. I remember a few years back when I had to take down the Halloween decorations in order to put the Christmas ones up. That's sad.
It is 10 more days until Thanksgiving!

Please! I have 4 kids. I have no more memory space left. Remember when I did my 200th post and I said I have scratch papers all around my house with blog ideas on them....

That is the best way to get Gabe to clean his room. Put everything into piles. I think I used to clean my room that way.

Zac and Aubrey don't have an accent. St. Louis is a nuetral accent zone. People to the north, northeast, south, and west of St. Louis have accents.
