I am not at all trying to be political here, but I do have a few questions I would like to pose.
#1. How seriously do you think other countries would take us if our Presidents name was Huckabee? Hey Pres'dnt Hu-K-A-bee watchall doin up thar in that big o Wite Howse?
#2. Honestly. How stupid do you think people are? I am not going to run my negative ad campaign because I'm such a nice guy, but here, all you media type people, here it is. Come on. I think that :
a) You came up with a great way to save some campaign money and still get your ad to run.
b) If you are going to be a "nice guy" - be one. Don't just say you are going to be one and then do exactly what you were not going to do in order to be a nice guy. Cause that makes no sense to me what so ever.
I was half asleep last night and Steve was watching some news show on TV and it showed him when he said to the press that he wasn't going to run his ad and then he said, Here it is if you want to see it. And they laughed at him. And he said to whoever was interviewing him at the time, like I said-I was 1/2 asleep, I knew they would laugh at me for deciding not to run it. That woke me right up. Does he honestly think that is why they were laughing at him? Seriously.
And while we are in such deep discussion, there is another burning question I have. Whenever I go to Walgreens drive thru to get a prescription filled the same thing always happens. They have 2 drive thru lanes. They have a big red sign, one arrow pointing one way, one arrow pointing the other way that says, "BOTH LANES OPEN". The lane that is next to the window always has 2 or 3 cars backed up in it. The other lane-wide open. So I drive myself right on up to lane #2 and get my RX and drive away. I always look back to see if the last car in the other lane will back up and go to the second lane. But they never do. I don't understand that.
Hmmmm.....maybe Huckabee's right. Maybe there are a lot of not so smart people in the good old US of A.
(and I mean no offence to those of you who choose to wait in lane #1)
(but if you are one of them, could you please explain to me why you do it. i mean there might be a very valid reason and i just am not aware)
(like maybe they spit in the medicine bottles in lane #2 or something)

Maybe they think drive thru lane one is pick up and drive thru lane two is drop off?!?! I think that's how CVS works.
Diana, I'd have to go with you on that one except for the fact that there is no such thing as CVS where I live. In fact, as far as I know WG is the only pharmacy here with a drive thru.

Ally, here the #1 lane is for drop off and pick up and the #2 lane is only for pick up. Maybe you are the not so smart one. :) just kidding.
But I do have to say that I think most Americans are pretty stupid. At least 50% of them. How do you think George Bush got elected for a second term? :) Just kidding again.

Okay, and when you drop off in the second lane, I bet they think, "Here she is again. Why doesn't she read the sign?!"
Oh, and the header is still bugging me. I think the black part needs to be a different color. What do you think?
You are right abt WG - you can do both in either lane. CVS specifically says which lane is for which, but I've done BOTH in both lanes at Walgreens. You are funny....I just watched your video.
I go to Walgreens and you can go in either lane and I always use the 2nd lane cause no one is there. I have wondered the same thing myself!
