Flashback Friday - A Little House On Quadrangle Dr.

These are pictures my sister Farrah took of the house we grew up in. My parents moved into this house when I was 2 years old. They lived there and raised their family there until 3 years ago when they decided to take a leap of faith and move out of state. A few years ago Farrah made a BEAUTIFUL album for me with pictures of the house. I found these pictures she scanned on my moms computer. I thought I would share them here. I know there are many of you reading this who have very fond memories of that little house on Quadrangle Drive.
If you are one of those lucky people, I would love for you to share a memory you have in this house in the comment section of this post.

Wow I have so many memories from that house! I don't even know where to start! Here are a few:

1) Always going over there every single day!
2) Jumping on the trampoline
3) Eating your mom's delicious food all the time! (I especially remember the snack basket that always had fruit roll-ups in it!)
4) Spending time in the hot tub even when it was 95 degrees outside
5) Playing with Sam's tarantula

Gosh there are SO many more! I practically grew up at that house and these pictures make me miss it and you guys so much!

Oh, wow--it's funny how I don't remember some of the things on Cloe's list. Here's my own:

1) The smell of your house
2) Once the den was built in the back, sitting back there watching cartoons
3) Watching your mom put together cute little invitations and announcements and stuff
4) Thanksgiving there with the yummy turkey! (My pre-vegetarian days)
5) I also remember jumping on the trampoline and how hot it would get in the sun. I remember one time Sam was showing off and doing flips and he flipped right off the trampoline :-) I remember your mom was mad about that!

Wow--thanks for the walk down memory lane!

AHHH! The memories. Some of my favorites are:

- the mustard & ketchup fight
- painting the outside of the den
- the kissing bench (is that what we called it?)
- all the people we always had in our house
- the signature door
- the the love window sill
- the porch is where Bart proposed to me

I really could go on forever. Remember when we did "remember whens" that was fun. We should start that again! Did you keep all those emails?

My favorite times at the Snow abode were slumber parties from the Reinhardt days. We lipsinced to Duran Duran and the Go-Gos all night long, and in the morning Kay made chocolate chip pancakes.

Some of my best childhood memories were in that house -- I always felt loved and happy there. Thanks, friends - love you all!!! - Darcy
