My sister Farrah likes to stir things up. I told you about her anonymous Confessions Post a while back. Well now she has sparked a political debate over at her blog that is far more entertaining than my attempt at a debate. She is crazy and that is one of the reasons we love her so much. Here is a picture of her stirring things up long ago at a party we had at our house:
I have mentioned before that our house was the hang out house for all our friends. We had so many parties, I don't know how my parents handled it. I have a lot of fun pictures from that party that I thought some of you might enjoy. I was planning on sharing them here. However, my scanner is giving me fits and I am about ready to slam it up against the wall. I did get this one scanned. I will try and scan the rest later. Right now I just think the scanner and I need a break from each other.

Just so you know, I wasn't trying to stir things up. I was just stating my opinion that I think Obama is an amazing person. I definitely didn't think I would have gotten the response I did.
Now had I said I love his politics and agree with stance on issues, and anyone who disagrees with me is wrong. Than I would be trying to stir up trouble. Really, I believe I have a very open mind about politics. I think that stirs some people up, but I am not sure why it would.
The truth is I would have thought your post about Obama would have stirred up more trouble than mine did. Go figure.

Hey Allyson, how are you. It is so fun to see everyone on here. I don't get to see many people from the ward since I left, but you have such a cute family and thanks so much for being a good example and a great young woman leader. Can you believe some of us young women now have our own families. Time flies. I can't even believe that I have almost been married 7 years now. Crazy. Well I hope you are doing good.

Farrah, I know you weren't TRYING to stir things up. But you had to know that you have a very WIDE range of readers with a very WIDE range of opinions. I agree with you though and I wasn't trying to say anything negative about you, so I hope you don't think that. My scanner still isn't working.

I went back and read my comment. It sounds stupid with the scanner thing. Emily is whining in my ear so my full attention wasn't on what I was typing. It is like I was saying something really serious and then ending it by saying something like, "My cat likes red jello".
